Strong geography

Feministe has put up a Google map called "Strong Geography" where they are inviting people to add little stories of where and how they felt most strong. It's fascinating to read.

Uh, that's the Dreamwidth volunteers map. Worse, at least one person has marked a pinpoint of where they felt most strong on the DW map. (It's in Alaska.)

That's so weird: when I click on it I see the Feministe map. I wonder why. I'll just remove the weird link and let people get there from the Feministe page.

Feministe turns out to do the same thing to me. If I'm logged in to google I see a mashed up version, but if I'm logged out I just see the Feministe one. I've commented over there.

Regardless, it's a great idea... I just wish I could think of where I felt strongest.
