Things I'd like to see: a pub wiki

A discussion with my brother Andrew a few months ago raised the idea that there's no free database of pubs. Something like Beer in the Evening or The Good Beer Guide, except that neither of those is under a free licence.

What I'd like to see is a pub wiki. There'd be some geolocation gubbins to find your nearest listed pub, and to make maps and so on, and you'd be able to download an XML dump of the whole database. And there'd be a MediaWiki extension so users could rate pubs, given exactly one vote each. And so on.

I could set this up, of course, but I don't need yet another project!
